Dean Ross
Pastor of Preaching & Vison
Dean Ross serves Family Church as our pastor of preaching and vision. A native of Kenner, LA, Dean surrendered to full-time ministry following the devastation wrought by Hurricane Katrina. After serving Christ in parachurch ministry including the founding of Abandon Productions (The Restoration Collective), he answered the call to pastoral ministry and church planting with Restoration Church in Metairie, LA, before serving as associate pastor for his home church, Williams Blvd. Baptist Church. Dean holds a business degree from Southeastern Louisiana University and a masters degree in urban missions from the New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. He has been married to Laura Ross for over 19 years and they have 3 boys.

Matt holliday
Director of FC Worship
Matt Holliday serves Family Church as director of FC Worship. Raised as a child of a missionaries, Matt and his family bring a passion for missions to our city. He is currently working on a degree at the New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. Before moving to New Orleans, he and his family lived in Spartanburg, SC. Matt has been married to Lindsey for 11 years and they have 3 girls.

Josh lawley
Director of FC Students
Josh Lawley serves Family Church as director of FC Students and as a church planting resident/pastoral candidate. Growing up in Alabama, Josh attended and received a degree in commerce and business from the University of Alabama. Now he is working to complete his masters of divinity degree in Christian ministry from the New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. Previously he served as a youth intern for Grace Memorial Baptist Church in Slidell, LA, before answering the call to serve as director of FC Students for Family Church.

LAURA ROSS
Director of FC Kids
Laura Ross serves Family Church as director of FC Kids in addition to her larger role as pastor's wife. A native of Greater New Orleans, she works locally as a physical therapist assistant. Along with her husband, she answered the call to long-term ministry in New Orleans following Hurricane Katrina. She has been married to Dean Ross for over 18 years and they have 3 boys: Colden, Braden, and Ashden.
